Bali Blue
Before the sun clears the horizon, the first light catches the volcanic slopes of Kintamani. At 1,200 to 1,600 meters above Bali, smallholder farmers hand-pick ripe Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor cherries from rich volcanic loam. The coffee is wet-hulled, then dried on raised beds with the same patience and precision found in any job worth doing.
Roasted medium-dark, it pours bold and steady, with the deep bite of dark chocolate, the weight of molasses, and a finish like warm brown sugar. No fancy talk. No unnecessary frills. Just a strong, dependable cup built for early starts, long shifts, calloused hands, and the people who keep the world moving.
Coffee grown by working hands, for working hands!
